Ordered 2 banners on April 6th. Still showing unfulfilled and no one will answer emails or phone calls. Called at 9 am this morning and it said I was caller 23! An hour and a half later I was still on hold. I paid extra to have them by this Saturday but appears to no avail. Customer service is non existent to say the least. I will never order from them again.
Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I waited over a month for my order for my bussiness the Hall for Parties. Customer service emails take days to answer and I've been on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service for help. Currently have been on hold almost an 2 hour every day. I need some help! I just want my money back so I can be done with this. Wish I've see at the Facebook reviews and coments before I ordered.

If you’re looking for cut outs of any kind, just got to Party City. They’re reliable and quick.
I ordered a single order of a custom cut out 3+ weeks in advanced. This is a very standard order. After 2 weeks of no update, I followed up several times via their Comment form and received no response. Also note that they do not have a functioning phone number where you can talk with a representative (after you read this, you can understand why). I then utilized their live chat feature and was told twice (two different days) that they would make my order “Urgent” and guaranteed that I’d get my order by the date requested. I asked for the UPS number but they insisted both times that I wouldn’t get one because it was an urgent order and it would just arrive that day.
On the date of supposed delivery, at 4pm, I did not receive the package. I again utilized the live chat feature. The associate again assured me that it was on their urgent list and that there was still time to arrive given that UPS delivered until 7pm. I again asked if there was a UPS tracking number and they did not have one and insisted that it was normal. While I was on the live chat, I then got an email saying my order was cancelled. I told the associate that I just received this message they said that my order was fine. After double checking, the associate told me that my order wasn’t even printed yet because of a formatting issue. Absolutely ridiculous. How do they go from, “you’re order is urgent and will be delivered soon” to “your order hasn’t been printed”?
As a reminder, this was just a SINGLE order of custom pictures. A very standard order. I needed these for a party and now am completely without this fun pictures for the party.
They are an unorganized company and are very misleading to customers. I also captured screenshots and text thread of the conversations. They don’t deserve business. If you want transparency and accountability, go to Party City or another business. Shindigz will not help at all.
Friends, do not read the poor reviews and think you'll be the exception. Two weeks late and destroyed
Do not order from them! There is no one to contact, there is an email and no one ever responds, there is a phone number that you can find on the web but it tells you to use their chat on their website that never works. I ordered decorations for my daughters backyard prom a total of $484.00 that included express shipping of $130. The stuff never came before her prom and I never received an update of any shipping. I then emailed them requesting a refund, filled out their online request for a someone to contact me and still never received any response. I then got an email 4 wks later saying they had refunded me my money back for my whole order minus my express shipping, which is nonsense. I put in my money to create something memorable for these kids that didn't get a prom. A business like this that has such great potential and some great items to make your party amazing should not be doing business like this...
I ordered 3 items from this company, one item was missing and one damaged. I tried to contact customer service but no one emailed me back. I tried to call but the recording says to use their online CS chat between the hours of 8am to 8pm EST. No chat exists on the website. I went through my credit card company to get a refund of the missing item and Shindigz took the time to submit a tracking number to my credit card company but would not take the time to call me about my order error. My credit card company sided with them since they showed the order was received. The tracking receipt does not show that I was still missing items. So angry. WHAT A SCAM! Based on their name changes (Stumps, Shindigz) scamming is their mode of operation.
I placed an order 05/04/2021. I paid $30.00 for expediting shipping. I received 2/5 items. I have emailed this company numerous times and no response. I have completed the "Contact Us" sheet numerous times and no response.
This is absolutely HORRIBLE. You do not have a phone number for customer service. Yet you have $274.00 of my money and I #1 was supposed to receive my FULL ORDER by 05/23/2021. I received 2/5 items on 05/25/2021. I still have not received a response. Refund. Or my items
I am very upset and disgusted with this company. I placed a graduation order 15 days ago with express shipping. I have not received. Customer service is a joke. No one answers the phone (a recorded message) nor respond to my emails. The graduates looked forward to displaying their products for the ceremony. Highly disappointed and I want a refund.

Do NOT order from this company unless you are ordering something from them way in advance. I ordered a banner for my Mother's 75th Birthday party which should have arrived regular shipping. I have used this company in past and received my products ahead of the anticipated delivery date. This time was not the case. The party date was coming up and I noticed it hadn't shipped yet. I contacted the company three times to ask them to expidite my order for me. I did not receive a response other than we got your message we'll be in touch. No response from them yet. After the party I wrote them twice and asked them to cancel my order and guess what? They didn't respond but sent me a message today 17 days past my event that my order was delivered. Wow! Isn't that great! Never again.
I placed an order for tumbler cups that never arrived, I never received a confirmation number, no shipping information, no nothing.
How can a company do this to so many loyal customers. I am out $96.63 for something I ordered a month ago.
My next step is to take legal action. We have to report this company and put them out of business. CROOKS!!! THIEFS!! Don’t waste your time even clicking on the website...it’s all a scan to rob you!

Please be extremely cautious when ordering from this company. I placed an order for yard signs I wanted in time for my daughter's graduation celebration. When placing the order I paid an additional $40 for the premium shipping. As time went on, I started to get concerned because I had not received a confirmation, shipping info, etc., so I reached out to their customer service. Well, just forget about speaking to anyone, because you will be directed to send an email instead. And, forget about that too, because I sent numerous emails. Of course, I never received a response to any of my inquiries. I refused to take any further chances. I ended up making my own yard signs the night before the event. Thank goodness for Lowe's and YouTube!!! I highly recommend that you go elsewhere and stay away from Shindigz!!!! I wish I had done more research before placing that order!
After sending several emails attempts I tried the online virtual person as the phone number suggest. Ha ha that doesn't exist either. This use to be the best place for party decorations now if I could give 0 stars I would
If you have an issue with your order you are out of luck, it is impossible to get a response; their phone message directs you to their email (zero response after multiple emails), the instant chat is turned off and directs you to send a message (zero response) so basically you just have to eat the cost. It's too bad I've used them in years past with no issues.
this company lies to you. ordered products a month before graduation. received incomplete order and they said they would send it out expedited. never received. can only chat or email. they don't respond to email. BBB has them on alert because of so many complaints.
